To save time on your first visit, please fill out registration forms ahead of time. We are required to keep a copy of your child’s immunization records onsite.

Once completed, email us for your registration form. Upon completion, you’ll be all set to do a walk-thru of the space before reserving for drop-in care.

Q: What age does my child have to be to attend drop-in playcare?
A: Children ages 2.5-5 years old are the perfect playmates for playcare.
Children who are registered can stay through age 5 🙂
Q: My child is still in diapers. Is that okay for drop-in?
Children should be in the potty learning stage when attending care. If your little one is still in diapers, we ask that you bring a supply with you to playcare. Children must be accident free for a full week before underwear is worn to class.
Q: What is the cost of drop-in care?
Playcare is $10.50/hr, including snack (and lunch with morning care.)
$42.00 per session (Cash or check)
Q: When can I drop my little one off to play?
We are open Monday &Tuesday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Wednesday & Thursday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Q: My child is allergic to animals. Do you have any?
A: Yes, we have a dog.
Q: Do I need to bring food with my child?
No, you don’t. Morning and afternoon care includes snack. Lunch is provided with morning care, also.
Q: I see that you have drop-in care for 4-hours at a time. Can I book less time?
A: Mornings 9am(10am) – 1pm(2pm): Children must stay for 4 hours of care to take advantage of the A.M. drop-in option. This ensures that pumpernickel play schedules are uninterrupted. Email for additional information.
Q: Are there forms that I need to complete before attending?
A: Yes! Once we book a walk-thru date for you to visit with your child, we’ll send you the appropriate forms. Bring these with you on your first day of care.
Q: My child reserved drop-in care but is now sick. We gave less than 24 hours notice. Do I get a refund?
Unfortunately, reservations with less than 24 hours notice do not receive a refund as your spot was held specifically for your child. Alternatively, cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will receive a care credit in the amount paid valid for 30 days from payment.
